On Monday September 26, the Steve Biko Foundation held the ninth FrankTalk series. The topic for discussion was Arts and Culture as Tools for Socio-Economic Development. In this discussion, we revisited the role that Arts, Culture and Heritage can play in advancing socio-economic development in South Africa.
